Adding Products
Currently available in one size only, simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page once you've selected the desired quantity.
Confirming Addition to Cart
Once you've added your item to your cart, a window confirming the details will appear.
You can then:
- Complete your purchase: Clicking will take you to the "My Cart" page and simply finalize your order.
- Continue shopping: You can continue your visit or stay on the page you're currently viewing.

Step 1: Validate your shopping cart
To access the "Shopping Cart" page, you have two options:
- Click "Complete my purchases" after adding a product
- Click "Shopping Cart" directly at the top of the page, then "Order"
Once on this page, you can:
- Change the quantity of products
- Delete products
- Validate a promotional code
Before validating the contents of your shopping cart, you also have the option to subscribe to our newsletter by checking the associated box.
Click "Order" to proceed to the login step.
Step 2: Login
You are now on the login page.
You have two options:
- Are you already a customer? Log in to your account.
- New to us? Create your customer account in 2 minutes
For this last option, start by entering your email address and then click "Create my account" to access the dedicated form.

Step 3: Delivery Method
You must now confirm your delivery options.
The following information is primarily intended for customers wishing to have their order delivered to mainland France.
You can choose your delivery method from:
Delivery to a Pickup Point: €2.90
Home delivery by SoColissimo: €4.99
Remember that shipping is free for all orders over €49 in mainland France.
Scenario 1: You wish to have your order delivered to a Pickup Point
Once you have selected this delivery method, click the "Choose a Pickup Point" button.
By default, we will suggest the collection points closest to the delivery address you previously entered. If you wish, you can replace the contents of the "Street and Street Number", "Postal Code", and "City" fields and then click "Search".
Once the area has been correctly determined, simply select the collection point where you will pick up your purchase by clicking the "Select" button associated with the chosen address.
An additional validation step allows you to confirm this choice. Simply click "Choose this collection point" to proceed to the next step.
Scenario 2: You want home delivery
Once this delivery method is selected, the primary address associated with your profile will be suggested as the delivery address. You can modify it, but also choose or add another one by clicking the appropriate link.
Once you have finalized your delivery address, please click "Select home delivery" to proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Payment
This step gives you an overview of your order:
- Delivery details
- Billing details
- Current order details
If all of the above information is satisfactory, simply choose your payment method from those offered (credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay), accept the terms and conditions, and click "Proceed to payment."
You will then be redirected to the secure payment interface to complete your payment.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will proceed to the final step of the order process.
Step 5: Confirmation
This step summarizes all the information related to the order placed:
- Track your order
- Details of your order
- Shipping address
- Billing address
You will then receive three emails from us related to this transaction:
- An order confirmation email
- An email indicating the shipment of your order, i.e., the collection of your package by the carrier
- An email a few days after receiving your order to assess your satisfaction

To access it, you have two options:
- Click "Complete my purchases" after adding a product

Validate your promotional code
On the "Shopping Cart" page, a space called "Insert a discount code" is reserved for entering and validating a promotional code. Enter your code in the dedicated field and click "Validate".
A message will confirm that your promotional code has been applied, along with the associated offer. If a discount applies, your order amount will be updated.

No changes to your order are possible after it has been validated and its status has been updated to "in preparation."
We may cancel or modify your order, provided that your request is made promptly and that your order is not already being prepared.
We do our best to prepare, pack, and process your orders as quickly as possible; therefore, your request must be submitted as soon as possible to our customer service team, either by phone or via our contact form.
In the event that we are unfortunately unable to cancel or modify your purchase, you still have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

My Orders

Bank Card
Paying by credit card is 100% secure thanks to a terminal that meets SSL (Secure Socket Layer) standards. This secure method for online transactions is the most widely used encryption protocol in e-commerce.
It's also the fastest way to receive your order. We process your order the same day for orders placed before 11:30 a.m. (Monday to Friday) or the following day.
When confirming your payment, authorization servers are consulted to verify this data and prevent abuse and fraud.
The icons displayed at the bottom of the page indicate that you are on a secure part of the website. Your order will be recorded and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank of your choice.
Fraud
Meno-Pause reserves the right to refuse to process a transaction, a sale, or the shipment of an order in the event of suspected fraud.
3D Secure
To combat fraud, European regulations require merchants to perform strong 3D Secure authentication during payments. However, your bank is responsible for this authentication.
Paying with 3D Secure is a payment by authentication: your bank does not validate the transaction until you have confirmed your identity.
This service applies to payments by credit card, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
The authentication procedure is as follows:
Step 1: Complete your order then enter your bank details.
Step 2: A page managed by your bank will appear.
This page is used to verify the cardholder's identity. The authentication process to follow is specific to each bank. You may be asked to:
enter a unique code received by text message,
log in to your banking app to validate the transaction,
answer a personal question,
enter your date of birth,
or any other method chosen by your bank to authenticate you.
Note: When placing your order, please ensure that you have a mobile network and can access your bank's app or receive the 3DS authentication text message (carrier restrictions, ordering from abroad, network coverage, etc.).
Step 3: Your order is confirmed and validated
After confirmation from your bank, the payment is validated and your transaction is finalized.
You will receive your order confirmation by email.
If you need additional information on how 3DSecure works, we invite you to contact your bank.
Deliveries
Your package will be delivered to the address of your choice, directly to your mailbox with Colissimo.
If the package is too large for your mailbox, or if it requires a signature, and you are not present:
- a delivery notice will be sent to you by email
- or left in your mailbox.
You can select another delivery date online within 6 business days
or collect your package the next day from 3 p.m. at the post office of your choice.
If you do not specify a delivery date, you can collect the package at your usual post office within 10 days.
After this period, the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you to inform you.
In all cases, you will be notified by email 24 hours before your package is delivered.
With Mondial Relay, you can choose from 11,500 Points Relais® and over 1,000 lockers in mainland France, whether near your home, workplace, or vacation spot.
You will be notified of the availability of your package by text message and email. You then have 8 days following its drop-off (5 days in lockers) to collect it.
After this period, your package will be returned to us. We will then contact you to inform you.
Please note that you will be asked for identification when collecting your package.
For your information, the opening hours of the various Points Relais® in the Mondial Relay network are indicated when you place your order.
You will be informed by email of the actual dispatch of your order when it is handed over to our carriers SoColissimo and Mondial Relay.
Upon receipt of your payment, our teams will prepare your order the same day or the following business day at the latest. Orders placed on weekends are prepared on Mondays, unless out of stock.
For mainland France, the delivery time is 4 days at the latest for all orders placed before 10 a.m., Monday to Friday.

The preparation time is given as an indication subject to product availability.
Log in to your account and once you're on the order details page, click on the "Track my order" link. You will then be redirected to the SoColissimo or Mondial Relay website, depending on the delivery method you chose. You can then find out more about the progress of your order.
You can also track your order by clicking on the dedicated link in the email notifying you of the shipment. If you chose Mondial Relay, you will also receive a text message to the mobile number you provided when placing your order.
You have 10 business days from the date your package arrives at the post office to collect it. After this period, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you to inform you.
In all cases, you will be notified by email 24 hours before your package is delivered.
If you encounter any problems with the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Access the form
To access the account creation form:
- Click on the "Login" box at the top of each page to activate the associated drop-down menu.
- Then click on the "Create an account" button.
Complete the form.
Make sure you provide a valid email address and choose a password that you can easily remember (e.g., your usual password). Next, you will need to enter your personal information.
Your account is completely secure. It will allow you to save your information and contact details to place your orders more quickly, track their shipment, provide feedback on the products you order, and add your favorite products.
You can modify all of your information at any time. To do so, simply log in to your Meno-Pause account.

Do you want to change your email address? No problem, here's how to do it.

In your "My Account" > "Personal Information" > "My Personal Information" area, you can change your email address. You will be asked to enter your new email address twice, enter your password, and then click the "Change my email" button.
That's it! You will now use this new address to log in to your account, and all emails related to transactions made on our site will be forwarded to this address.
Do you want to change your delivery address? No problem, here's how.

No delivery changes are possible after an order has been validated and its status updated to "in preparation."
Do you want to change your billing address? No problem, here's how.

Returns and exchanges
In the event that a product is non-compliant or defective (e.g., incorrect quantity delivered, incorrect reference, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please provide the necessary information to our customer service within 3 business days* of receiving the package. Any complaints made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
*Business Days: Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Please note that you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal
As a customer/consumer, you have the right to return your package for a refund, provided you comply with the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal described below. You do not need to provide a reason to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will not incur any penalty.
You have 14 days to exercise your legal right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the products. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or bank holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

Return Costs Covered
a) If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect quantity delivered, incorrect reference, etc.), we will cover the return costs.
b) If you return the product voluntarily, the return costs are your sole responsibility.
The returned product(s) must be intact and in perfect condition for resale.

Refund deadline and method
Your order (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded after receipt of your package and no later than 28 days from the date you exercised this right.
Upon receipt and processing of your package, we will inform you by email that the return has been registered by our returns department. We will process your refund by directly crediting your account.
