1. Application and enforceability of the general terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale are systematically provided to each buyer to allow them to place an order. Therefore, placing an order implies the buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms of sale, to the exclusion of any other promotional documents or catalogues issued by Meno-Pause, which are for information only. Any contrary conditions proposed by the buyer are not binding on the seller unless expressly accepted in writing by Meno-Pause, regardless of when they are brought to the seller’s attention. The seller can never be presumed to have waived these general conditions.
Pricing and payment terms are available upon request. If these terms change, Meno-Pause will notify its customers of the updated version.
2. Contract
Contracts concluded via our website (data related to your order and the terms in effect at the time of purchase) for amounts above €120 are archived for 10 years. You may access archived contracts by requesting them via email using our contact form or by mail at the following address:
Meno-Pause S.A.S.
1133 route des Tuileries
47260 Fongrave
France
The language offered for the conclusion of the contract is French.
3. Order placement
Orders are only definitively recorded once confirmed in writing. Meno-Pause is only bound by orders placed through its representatives, vendors, or employees upon written and signed confirmation. The order is strictly personal to the buyer and may not be transferred without Meno-Pause’s consent.
Any change or cancellation requested by the buyer will only be considered if we receive a signed written notice before the shipment of the products.
Under the Civil Code, the contract is deemed concluded at the moment of the second order confirmation click, by which you validate your cart after the opportunity to make corrections.
4. Delivery methods and timelines
Meno-Pause reserves the right to make any necessary changes to its products or formulations at any time without obligation to modify previously delivered or pending products. We may also update product formulas described in promotional materials without notice.
Deliveries may be made directly to the buyer, by notification of availability, or by handing over to a carrier.
Upon receiving your payment, we prepare your order the same day or the next business day at the latest. Orders placed over the weekend are prepared on Monday unless there is an out-of-stock issue.
For mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco, deliveries are made via La Poste for home delivery and Mondial Relay for pickup point delivery. The preparation time is a maximum of 2 days, and delivery takes up to 4 days. The buyer must collect the package within 14 days of notification of availability. Beyond this period, the buyer is liable for both product and shipping costs.
Deliveries are made based on availability and in the order received. Meno-Pause may make full or partial deliveries. Delivery times are approximate and depend on supply or production capacity and shipping partners. Late delivery does not justify penalties, claims, or cancellation of current orders. In all cases, timely delivery depends on the buyer fulfilling all obligations to Meno-Pause.
5. Risks
In case of damage or missing items, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make necessary observations and confirm them with the carrier by official notice or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt as soon as possible after receiving the goods.
Without prejudice to any action against the carrier, claims for visible defects or non-conformity with the order or packing slip must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt. The claim must be supported by proof of the defect to allow Meno-Pause to investigate and respond appropriately.
6. Warranty
Meno-Pause complies strictly with warranties provided by applicable law, without extension.
Damage due to natural wear, external accident, unauthorized modification or mixing of the product, third-party actions, or improper handling by the buyer or user is not covered. Additionally, products returned opened, unsealed, or removed from original packaging will not be accepted or refunded.
7. Payment of the Price
Products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of delivery. Prices are listed on the product pages and include VAT but not shipping.
Once an order is placed, the product price will not be changed by Meno-Pause.
Unless otherwise noted, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. Any applicable tax, duty, or charge under French or import/transit laws is billed to the buyer.
8. Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made by credit or debit card / PayPal / ApplePay or GooglePay at the time of order.
Deferred or installment payments are only considered paid when fully settled—not upon receipt of a check or bank transfer.
If payment is not made, the seller may suspend current orders. Unpaid amounts will automatically incur late penalties—without prior notice—at a rate of 1.5 times the legal interest rate, in accordance with article 1153 of the Civil Code. If payment remains overdue 8 days after formal notice, the sale will be automatically terminated, and the seller may claim the goods and seek compensation.
In case of installment payments, missing one deadline will immediately render the full amount due. Payments will be allocated to the oldest outstanding invoice. Promotional products will be billed at regular price for shipping-related portions.
For credit card payments, your card is charged immediately after order confirmation.
9. Retention of ownership
Ownership of goods remains with the seller until full payment (including any fees) has been received. Failure to pay any due amount may lead to a claim on the goods.
Sales are for individual consumers only via our official website.
Our brand and images are protected.
In case of dispute, only the Commercial Court of Agen shall have jurisdiction.
